Shipping & Returns Policy
We can only ship within the contiguous United States, or the 48 adjoining U.S. states and the District of Columbia. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, as well as Hawaii, Alaska, U.S military addresses, the U.S. territories, or anywhere internationally.
Standard ground shipping is free for all orders more than $50. Pretty egg-citing, isn't it?!
Your order will normally be fulfilled for shipping within two business days of being placed. If an order item has a future/specific availability date, the order will be dispatched only after that date has arrived.
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number(s) as soon as your product leaves our coop—err, warehouse.
Delivery times are subject to a number of factors like the carrier used, their business day/weekend/holiday availability, and your shipping location. While we offer estimated delivery times, your actual delivery could vary. If you live in a more remote location, additional time may be needed.
Don't count your chickens before they hatch! Your order might come in multiple boxes and could be delivered across multiple days.
Due to the sizes and weights of our products, expedited shipping may be limited. If you're in a hurry, please contact us directly to discuss what's possible. Any additional costs will be your responsibility.
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We want you (and your flock!) to be 100% happy with your Coop products. You can return any verified faulty or unopened product within the first 30 days for a full refund minus transportation expenses.
To initiate a return, simply contact us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping label. Please note, returns without an RMA number won't be eligible for a refund.
Please allow up to 14 days for your return to be inspected and refund to be processed back to your original payment method.
A 50% restocking fee will be applied in the event your return is not verified faulty and any boxes have been opened.
