Duration of Warranty

We offer a 2-Year Manufacturer's Warranty starting from the date of delivery. Our commitment to quality design and materials means you can rely on our products for the long haul.

What Is Covered

If you encounter any manufacturing imperfections or any issues with the mounted hardware that prevent proper functionality of the product within the first two years, we'll make it right for free.

For accidental damage, we occasionally can offer repair/replacement materials and instructions at a minimal cost.

What Is Not Covered

Despite the utmost confidence in our products, our warranty does not cover:

• Incorrect Assembly: Please use our instructional guides and videos to ensure proper assembly. They will make your life easier!
• Misuse & Modifications: We do not recommend making physical modifications to our products, or using inappropriate maintenance products or tools.
• Cosmetic Damage: Scratches, dents, discoloration and other forms of normal wear and tear are not covered.
• Surface Rust: Minor rust once in-use outdoors can occur, and is easily addressed with a touch-up of metal paint.
• External Factors: Damage from natural events, pests/predators, or other accidents is not covered.
