Order Processing and Fulfillment: What to Expect

Here’s a detailed guide to our order processing and fulfillment timelines, covering each step from when you place an order to when it ships with UPS Ground.

Order Processing Timeline

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, though peak times (such as holiday seasons) may lead to slight delays. Our priority is to fulfill all orders quickly to ensure prompt shipping.

    Order Confirmation and Fulfillment:

    • After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Once processed, we’ll send a shipping confirmation email, which includes a UPS Ground tracking number for each box shipped.

Multiple Shipments

  • Why Multiple Boxes? Larger products, such as the Smart Coop, ship in multiple boxes for safe and efficient delivery. Using multiple boxes helps prevent damage during transit and meets UPS size requirements for large or heavy items.
  • Tracking for Multiple Shipments: Each box in a multi-box shipment will have its own UPS Ground tracking number. You’ll receive all tracking details in your shipping confirmation email, allowing you to monitor the location and estimated delivery of each box.

Order Adjustments or Cancellations

  • We process orders quickly, so it may not be possible to alter shipping details or cancel once an order is submitted. If you need assistance, contact us as soon as possible at help@coop.farm. We will try to accommodate if the order has not yet shipped.
