What to Do if Your Order is Delayed

  1. Check UPS Tracking:
    • Use the UPS Ground tracking link provided in your email to monitor the status of each box in your shipment. Occasionally, high seasonal demand, severe weather, or other regional factors may cause delays.

      Contacting Support:

    • If there is no update on your UPS tracking for over three days, please contact us at help@coop.farm. We’ll work directly with UPS to resolve the delay and ensure your delivery arrives promptly.

What to Do if Items Are Missing

  1. Verify All Boxes Have Arrived:
    • Check each UPS Ground tracking number to confirm all boxes have been delivered. Sometimes multi-box shipments arrive on different days, so make sure each tracking number shows “Delivered” before reporting a missing item.

      Reporting a Missing Item:

    • If an item is still missing after all boxes have been delivered, please complete our Missing Items Form on our website or email help@coop.farm with your order number and details of the missing items. We’ll prioritize your request and coordinate with UPS to resolve the issue.

Handling Damaged Items

  1. Inspect and Document Damage:
    • Upon delivery, inspect each box and item for visible damage. If an item arrives damaged, take photos of the item and the box it came in, as this will help us document the issue with UPS.

      Reporting Damage:

    • Send an email to help@coop.farm with your order details and photos of the damage. We’ll review the damage and work with UPS to arrange a replacement if needed.

  • UPS Tracking Shows “Delivered” but Item is Missing:
