Coop Automatic Door Advanced Configurator

Setting Precise Open/Close Times Using GPS Mode

If you would like to set a precise open and close time, removing the dependency on the light sensor, you can physically "flash a custom program" to the door. This is intended for advanced users who are comfortable with mechanically programming using the configurator tool below, you will place your mobile phone's screen on top of the door's light sensor, using a sequence of binary light emission

The Door Configurator (a static webpage, not to be confused with the application) converts your selection to a series of blinking 1s and Os, it does not connect to the internet, the door, or your account. Programming the door requires placing your phone's screen over the physical light sensor of the door.

The configurator cannot display the status of your door. If you refresh the page, the tool will reset. The tool is used to convert your selections and generate a "punch card" that is fed to the mechanical door via an analog process using light.

  1. From any mobile web browser, launch the Door Configurator. This tool is a static webpage and can be used entirely offline if required.

  1. Select your door open/close preferences. Under advanced settings, enable GPS Mode.
